Calcadian answers date and time questions, and gives you the same calculations as an API, an embeddable widget, a batch job or a report.
What Calcadian does
Calcadian calculates dates. How many days between two dates, what date falls 45 working days from now, how many hours a shift ran, which ISO week a date belongs to, and so on. The calculators on the site are free and need no account.
The paid plans exist for a different job: running the same date logic somewhere other than a browser tab. That means the API, saved widgets on your own domains, saved Business Calendars, batch files and Calculation Reports.
Free, Pro and Business

- Pro. Use Calcadian in your website, workflow or product. For developers, publishers and small teams using Calcadian in a product or website.
- Business. Run recurring business date logic at higher volume. For teams running higher-volume date calculations, multiple calendars and multiple integrations.

Account basics
Signing in
Accounts use email sign-in or Google. You only need one to use the API, save calendars, save widgets or run batch jobs. The site calculators never ask you to sign in.
Your dashboard
The dashboard is the control centre: current plan and usage, API keys, Business Calendars, widgets and domains, batch jobs and reports, billing, and diagnostics.
One account, one quota
Quotas and limits belong to the account, not to individual keys or widgets. Five API keys on Business still draw from the same monthly request pool.
