Your dashboard shows what you are using, what state each feature is in, and gives you a way out with your data.

Usage

The usage view shows API requests used this month against your allowance and the date the count resets, active API keys, saved Business Calendars, saved widgets and licensed domains, and recent batch activity. Everything is counted per account.

Diagnostics

Diagnostics answers "why is this not working". It shows your resolved plan, which features your plan currently entitles you to, whether each feature is switched on, licensed domain state, calendar state and the most recent safe error code for each surface. Check it before contacting us; it usually contains the answer.

Export your data

Download my data produces a file containing your profile, API key metadata (never the key values, which are not stored), Business Calendars, widget configurations, licensed domains, batch job records and report metadata.

Delete your account

  • The dashboard lists exactly what will be deleted before you confirm.
  • Deletion removes your profile, API keys, calendars, widgets, licensed domains, batch jobs and reports.
  • Cancel an active subscription first, or cancel it in the billing portal, so you are not billed again.
  • Deletion cannot be undone. Export first if you want a copy.

Support

Calcadian is self-service. The manual and diagnostics are meant to cover normal setup. For a genuine product problem, use the contact form and include the request id or report code where you have one.
