How do you calculate time since a date?
Subtract the past date from today. Calcadian shows the gap in years, months, and days, plus the totals in days, weeks, months, hours, and minutes.
How many months has it been since a date?
Enter the date and read the “total months” figure. It counts full calendar months, so 15 March to 20 August is 5 months and 5 days.
Does it count today?
No. The elapsed count runs from the past date up to today, so a date one day ago shows 1 day.
Can I use a future date?
Yes. If the date is in the future the calculator flips to a countdown and tells you how long until it arrives.
Are leap years handled?
Yes. Calcadian uses real calendar dates, so leap days are counted automatically.
